Malia Metelues is the Family Victim Advocate at McKenzie’s Hope. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and lived there most of her life. She attended the University of Evansville and received degrees in psychology, sociology, and criminal justice. She became involved with McKenzie’s Hope in September of 2023 because of her passion for helping people and creating a safe space for others to share their experiences.

Malia also has a passion for travel and exploring new cities and cultures. She enjoys being around her friends and family whether that be hanging around and watching a movie or going to amusement parks or concerts.
